We serve just three things: pizza, coffee, and tiramisu. But behind each one is a belief in simplicity, intention, and everyday beauty.

Our pizzas are crafted with a contemporary touch — using dough that undergoes a slow fermentation process of 48 to 72 hours. This long fermentation makes the crust lighter, more digestible, and full of character. We use only high-quality, carefully selected ingredients to ensure every bite is balanced, flavorful, and true to its roots. It's pizza made the way it should be: simple, honest, and unforgettable.

We proudly brew with beans from Tim Wendelboe — a world-renowned roastery, espresso bar, and coffee training centre based in Oslo. Known for light-roasted coffees with exceptional clarity and balance, Tim Wendelboe has set the global standard for quality, sustainability, and innovation. All beans are roasted to order each week and sourced from small farms with full traceability. At our café, every cup tells the story of this journey — clean, complex, and crafted to celebrate the origin of each bean.
Tiramisu. the Original Way.
Our tiramisu is made with the legendary recipe from Le Beccherie — the birthplace of this classic Italian dessert. We stay true to the original: velvety mascarpone, delicate ladyfingers, rich espresso, and a dusting of cocoa, all layered with care. The result is a timeless, indulgent dessert that balances lightness with depth — elegant, authentic, and made to be savored.

We run a small design studio alongside our kitchen — crafting digital experiences in UX and UI with the same care and clarity we bring to every pizza box.
Founded by Ahsen and Kenan — both experienced UX designers — Fiftyfive Design is the creative studio behind our café. With a strong foundation in user experience and visual storytelling, we've contributed to digital products for global companies, including those in the S&P 500, and played a role in apps that reached the top 20 on the Apple App Store.
Ahsen's work has also been part of design projects like the website for Norwegian artist Matoma, created during her design studies.
While our café serves food, our studio continues to serve design — with the same care, clarity, and curiosity.
